What a typical visit looks like...

A visit to Cloud 9 Chiropractic is a well deserved break in your busy life. On your first visit the doctor has set aside one hour to focus on and learn about you and your health concerns. Once regular care has begun, a typical visit will last between 15 and 30 minutes in which you will enjoy a gentle and specific chiropractic adjustment, various modes of therapy that your specific situation may require, including heat/ice therapy, muscle stimulation and/or muscle work. You will be given stretches and exercises to facilitate and stabilize the healing process. Each visit concludes with time to rest and relax on our roller table which applies intersegmental stretching up and down the length of your spine.
